We shipped this product out to you and it does show as delivered. We understand you didn't receive it, and we do apologize. However there is nothing we can do on our end, both of your orders show tracking as delivered. At that point it is on the postal service, which we suggested you follow up with. We can't do anything until the time period for us to file a claim is available. Our CS team followed up with you multiple times about this, again we understand your frustration, but it should be directed at your post office.
